1. Ticket Purchase and Event Admission

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets may not be resold or transferred unless expressly permitted by FortMac Events.com
• A valid ticket must be presented for admission. Each ticket admits one person only.
• Entry may be denied if a ticket is lost, stolen, or damaged. Replacement tickets may not be available.

2. Age Restrictions

• Some events may have age restrictions. Proof of age may be required at entry.
• No refunds will be provided to individuals denied entry due to age restrictions.

3. No Refund Policy

• Event Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, FortMac Events.com will issue full refunds to all ticket holders within 14 business days.
• Scheduled Events: If the event proceeds as scheduled, refunds will not be provided. Refunds for any reason are at the sole discretion of the event producer and are generally limited to exceptional circumstances.
• Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds due to scheduling changes may be offered at the discretion of the event producer.
• Non-Refundable Items: All sales for merchandise, service fees, and other purchases related to the event are final.

By purchasing tickets, you agree to these refund terms and understand that refunds may only be granted under the specific conditions outlined above.

4. Code of Conduct

• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. FortMac Events.com reserves the right to remove any individual causing disruption or harm.
• No refunds will be provided to individuals removed due to disruptive behavior.

5. Liability

• FortMac Events.com is not liable for personal injuries, lost or stolen items, or any incidents beyond its control.
• Attendees participate at their own risk.

6. Event Changes

• FortMac Events.com reserves the right to alter event schedules, performers, venues, or other event details without notice.
• While we strive to provide the best experience, circumstances beyond our control may require changes. Any refunds for such changes are governed by our No Refund Policy outlined above.

7. Intellectual Property

• Photos, videos, or other media captured at events may be used by FortMac Events.com for promotional purposes.
• Unauthorized use of FortMac Events.com branding, logos, or content is strictly prohibited.

8. Agreement to Terms

• By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
• FortMac Events.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
